How do I download my licensed software?

When you purchase a license from us we'll email you a log in to the secure customer area where you will always be able to download your licensed software and grab your license code(s).

Log in to your account to view any upgrade offers or to renew maintenance.  If your maintenance has expired you'll still be able to download the version that was current at the time of expiry.

If you are an existing customer and don't remember your password, you can have a new password generated and sent to you using the "Email a new Password" link.  If you still have problems trying to log in drop us a line and we'll sort you out.

If you purchased a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription (as opposed to purchasing a license) you will receive a special download URL in your email.  You can use that at any time to re-download the software or obtain updates.
