Windows 10 download manager

Macro Scheduler 14.3.08, released February 7th 2017 includes the fix for the download manager in Windows 10.

Please note, as has always been required for WebRecorder, you will still need to make sure you have disabled IE's "Protected Mode". You'll find this in Internet Options->Security.
